Position: Quality Analyst (QA)

Location: KocharTech Business Park, Amritsar

Department: Operations / Quality

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: ₹3.5 - ₹4.5 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (Calls/Chats/Emails) as per quality standards.
- Conduct audits and share constructive feedback with agents.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement actions.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain performance records.
- Participate in calibration sessions and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.




- Attention to detail and ability to meet quality targets.
