Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in medical records, patient care, and hospital operations.
- Review and analyze data from various sources to measure performance against established standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Develop reports summarizing audit results and recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to revenue cycle management (RCM) billing.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the US healthcare industry.
- Robust understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical record keeping practices.




- Proficiency in ROI analysis, RCM billing, revenue cycle management, quality management, quality audit, quality analysis, and US healthcare systems.
