Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing & QS Engineer to handle project billing, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, and cost control for industrial and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare running account (RA) bills with measurements and supporting documents.
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from technical drawings.
- Verify subcontractor bills and conduct material reconciliation.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra and non-BOQ items.
- Assist in preparing project cost reports and monitoring project costs.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying.
- Industrial project experience involving BOQ preparation, client billing, and cost control.
- Solid MS Excel skills and the ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Qualification: Civil Engineering degree or diploma, subject to client confirmation.
