Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented QSR Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth for our QSR outlets.

The candidate will be responsible for sales,customer experience,inventory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

6. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle sales enquiries and customer requirements professionally.

7. Sales Reporting

- Maintain daily sales and lead-generation reports.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Operations Manager.
- Monitor sales targets and take corrective action when required.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.




- Willingness to travel locally for sales visits.

Qualification
- Any
- 1–4 years of experience in QSR, F&B;, hospitality, FMCG, retail, corporate sales, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.

- New customer acquisition
- Average order value
- Sales growth in assigned outlets
- Customer retention

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales. The person should have the ability to approach new customers, generate business independently, and consistently follow up until the sale is converted. Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
