- Handle Customer Audits and Certification Audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, procedures and records.
- Coordinate internal/external audits and closure of audit findings.
- Monitor quality system compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
