Job Title: QC Executive – Production (IRQC)

Job Summary

We are looking for a QC Executive to carry out incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and final product testing at our facility. The candidate will ensure that products meet approved specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming inspection of electronic components, PCBAs, batteries, electrodes, packaging materials and other components.
- Verify supplier documents, batch details and material specifications.
- Conduct visual, dimensional and functional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Perform in-process and final inspections as per approved inspection plans.
- Verify product labelling, traceability, firmware versions and packaging quality.
- Maintain inspection records and report quality issues.
- Raise non-conformance reports and support supplier corrective actions.




- Check calibration status of equipment and follow ESD and workplace cleanliness requirements.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Electronics/Physics.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in medical device or electronics manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and Valuable Documentation Practices.
- Familiarity with inspection instruments, AQL sampling, drawings, BOMs and inspection plans.
- Knowledge of ESD controls and calibration requirements.
- Good documentation, analytical and communication skills.
