We are seeking a skilled QA(Backend automation) Engineer , Bangalore having 3+ yrs of experience.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in API and Backend Testing .
- Good proficiency in Python for test automation.
- Strong debugging and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Experience working with:
- Kafka
- Redis
- Application/System Logs
- Asynchronous systems
- Practical experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks/scripts .
- Ability to independently analyze issues, troubleshoot failures, and drive testing activities.
- Strong communication and bug reporting skills.




- Experience working in a product-based company is mandatory.

Good to Have
- Exposure to LLM/AI testing .
- Experience with production monitoring and debugging .
- Hands-on experience testing distributed systems .
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
