Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Engineer/Lead with mandatory expertise in Commercial Banking and CBX Platform Testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating banking applications, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality releases across functional, API, data, and end-to-end testing landscapes.

- Commercial Banking and CBX Platform testing experience is mandatory.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for BFS applications (e.g., payments, lending, cards, deposits, digital banking).
- Execute test cases, log defects, track resolutions, and ensure test coverage.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts (UI/API) using industry-standard frameworks. ]
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint ceremonies, and QA reviews.
- Work closely with developers, BAs,



and product owners to ensure quality delivery in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
- Contribute to test data creation, environment validation, and readiness checks.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience testing BFS products or modules (e.g., payments flow, GL postings, customer onboarding, KYC/AML scenarios).
- Ability to analyze business rules and validation flows in BFS systems.
- Experience with leading automation tools and API automation exposure Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Lead the QA effort for a module or project and provide technical/test guidance to junior QEs.
- Drive automation strategy decisions, framework enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Perform requirement analysis and influence design discussions from a QE perspective.
- Define test estimation, planning, and risk assessment for complex BFS programs.
- Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and end-to-end flows.
- Take ownership of QE deliverables across sprint cycles and release cycles.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams for quality governance.
