Selection Criteria:
Must have strong experience into Precast field
Must have strong experience in Quality Control field
Must have idea about all IS Codes that being get used in to QC work
Must have strong experience of all testing, Inspection related work.
Good verbal & Written Communication skills & solid leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect moulds before casting and verify mould condition, reinforcement, cover blocks, and approved drawings.
2. Manage pre-activity, in-process,
and post-activity quality checks for precast elements as per the client's quality system.
3. Monitor concreting activities and ensure the required concrete quality standards are maintained.
4. Ensure the casting yard is adequately protected and appropriately staffed before production activities commence.
5. Monitor the demoulding and handling of Delta Blocks.
6. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, checklists, and quality procedures.
7. Maintain relevant inspection and quality records and report any deviations/non-conformities.
