We’re a team that designs and builds websites for clients on Shopify, WordPress and headless WordPress (Next.js) also do support & maintenance for websites. Every site has to look right, work smoothly and hold up on real phones before it goes live. You’ll be the person who makes sure of that.

What you’ll do

- Test every website and update before it goes live, on desktop, tablet and mobile
- Check that the built site matches the Figma design: spacing, fonts, colours, alignment, images and responsive layouts
- Test that everything works: forms, menus, sliders, filters, search, cart and checkout flows
- Test across browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and on real iPhone and Android devices
- Report bugs clearly, with steps to reproduce, screenshots or screen recordings, and the device and browser used
- Re-test fixes and make sure nothing else broke along the way
- Flag anything confusing or frustrating for users, with a short note on why
- Run basic checks on page speed, broken links, image quality and accessibility (keyboard use, colour contrast, alt text)
- Keep and improve a pre-launch checklist for each type of project

What we’re looking for

- A sharp eye for detail. You notice a 4px misalignment or the wrong font weight
- Explicit written English.



Your bug reports should make sense to a developer on the first read
- Comfortable with browser DevTools (inspecting elements, switching to mobile view, reading the console)
- Basic understanding of how websites work (HTML, CSS, what a browser does)
- Patience to test the same thing many times, and curiosity to try to break it
- Willing to ask questions instead of guessing

Good to have

- Any experience with Shopify or WordPress
- Familiarity with a bug tracking tool (ClickUp, Jira, Trello or similar)
- Basic knowledge of accessibility or SEO checks
- Exposure to any testing tool (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, BrowserStack)

What you won’t be expected to do

- Write code or automated tests (you can learn this here if you’re interested)
- Make final design decisions
