Must Have

- 7–12 years QA / Quality Engineering experience.

- Strong hands-on QA metrics and KPI framework experience.

- Experience building QA dashboards and executive reporting.

- Strong Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

- Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent reporting experience.

- Strong understanding of defect lifecycle, coverage and quality KPIs.

- Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Positive to Have

- Advanced Power BI / data visualization.

- Python / data analytics.

- AI / GenAI or predictive quality analytics.

- Data Lake experience.

- Enterprise QA KPI framework experience.

- QA maturity assessment experience.
