Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with robust expertise in SQL-based testing and data validation to support a growing analytics and KPI reporting landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating KPI metrics, developing comprehensive test strategies, collaborating with development teams, and driving automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Data Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and database testing
- Experience creating and executing detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Strong knowledge of data validation, ETL testing, and KPI/reporting validation
- Ability to analyze complex business rules and translate them into test scenarios
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Snowflake and Python
- Exposure to automation testing frameworks and scripting

Additional Information

- Remote opportunity with immediate onboarding preference.
- Candidates should be comfortable working during 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.
