We are looking for an experienced QA/QC professional to join our team as a faculty member and train students in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) at our training centre.

Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical sessions in NDT (UT, MPT, LPT, RT, etc.)

- Train students in QA/QC, inspection procedures and industry standards

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials and practical demos

- Guide students for certification exams and job readiness

- Evaluate student performance and maintain batch records

- Coordinate with the academic team on schedules and batches

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC or NDT

- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy or a related field

- NDT certifications (ASNT Level II or equivalent) preferred

- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English

- Teaching experience is a plus, freshers with strong NDT skills may be considered
