Sail Point QA Engineer
About the team
The Identity Governance team at lululemon sits within Cybersecurity and governs digital identities and access across our global enterprise. We help ensure that employees, third parties, and non-human identities have appropriate access to the systems, applications, and data they need - and only for as long as they need it. The team designs, builds, and operates identity lifecycle management, access governance, and identity risk services.
Through automation, policy enforcement, and continuous improvement, we reduce risk, support regulatory compliance, and enable secure business growth. Our work helps protect guest and employee data while enabling innovation across lululemon's technology ecosystem.
About the role
As a Sail Point QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our identity governance solutions. You will plan and execute testing for Sail Point configuration, integrations, workflows, and releases, using both manual and automated approaches. Working closely with identity, engineering, and business teams, you will validate that identity lifecycle and access governance processes work as intended across connected systems.
You will contribute to test automation frameworks and suites, improve test coverage, and maintain clear QA artifacts and evidence. You will also help identify defects and risks early, support release readiness, and promote testing practices that improve the reliability of our identity services.
Core responsibilities: Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test evidence for Sail Point features and integrations. Test identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover,
and leaver events; account provisioning and deprovisioning; and access changes. Validate access requests, approvals, access certifications, role or entitlement assignments, policy rules, and other identity governance workflows.
Test integrations between Sail Point and connected applications, directories, HR systems, and other identity data sources. Develop and maintain automated tests for repeatable functional, regression, and integration testing. Perform API, data, and end-to-end testing where appropriate, validating that identity and access information flows accurately between systems.
