KRA:

- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications to ensure product quality and functionality.

- Test HRMS modules such as Recruitment, Employee Management, Attendance, Leave Management,Payroll, Performance Management, or Employee Self-Service.

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to prepare test scenarios and test cases.

- Execute functional,regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.

- Identify, document,track, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.

- Verify defect fixes and perform retesting to ensure issues are resolved.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.

- Validate application workflows, UI elements, data accuracy, and user experience.

- Maintain test documentation and provide regular updates on testing progress.

- Ensure the application meets quality standards before release.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 02 years of experience in software quality assurance or manual testing.

- Experience in web application or mobile application testing is mandatory.

- Exposure to at least one HRMS module is preferred.

- Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.

- Knowledge of functional testing,



regression testing, smoke testing, and retesting.

- Ability to write and execute test cases and test scenarios.

- Familiarity with defect-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation is an advantage.

- Good analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing any HRMS product or application.

- Understanding of HR processes such as employee onboarding, leave management, attendance, payroll, or recruitment.

- Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman is an added advantage.

- Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus, but not mandatory.
