We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in testing public-facing websites and web applications, along with a valuable understanding of UX, website content, and usability.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify functional issues as well as UX, content, navigation, and user-journey problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and cross-browser testing of public-facing websites.
- Test responsive websites across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Validate complete user journeys, forms, links, navigation, CTAs, and integrations.
- Identify and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Review website content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and usability.
- Review UX elements such as CTAs, error messages, form instructions, labels, and notifications.
- Identify confusing content or user flows and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, Product Managers,



and Business Analysts. Maintain test cases, defect reports, and release validation documentation.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in web/website QA testing.
- Strong experience with public-facing websites.
- Good understanding of responsive design and web usability.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, browser developer tools, and APIs. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred

- Previous experience as a UX Writer, or UX Content Specialist.
- Understanding of UX writing, micro copy, CTAs, error messages, and user flows.
- Familiar with Figma or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of accessibility/WCAG and SEO.
