Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Team Lead to lead quality assurance activities, drive automation strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, automation frameworks, manual testing, API testing, and emerging AI-driven testing approaches, along with team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and guide QA engineers to achieve testing objectives and maintain quality standards.
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and automation frameworks.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest or Robot Framework.
- Perform manual, functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and UAT testing.
- Conduct API testing using tools and frameworks such as Postman, REST Assured, and Pytest.
- Explore and implement AI-driven testing approaches, including AI-based test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent test prioritization, and visual validation.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve defects.
- Review test scripts, automation code, test results, and defect reports.
- Track testing metrics, defect trends, automation coverage, and overall QA performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in Python programming.
- Advanced Selenium automation experience, including Page Object Model (POM) and hybrid frameworks.
- Good knowledge of Pytest or Robot Framework.
- Strong understanding of manual testing, STLC, defect lifecycle, and test methodologies.
- Experience in REST/SOAP API testing and automation.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in AI-driven test automation and AI-based testing tools.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Mandatory Requirements
- 6–13 years of relevant overall experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership, mentoring, or QA coordination experience.
- Strong Python and Selenium automation expertise.
- Experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Willingness to work from the office in Maduravoyal, Chennai.
- Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred. Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
