About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining granular automated test suites for our application environments. You will work in a modern, AI-assisted development workflow on macOS, integrating closely with our existing testing infrastructure and bridge software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test Automation & Execution: Design, write, and execute automated test suites and individual test blocks based on sprint tickets and generic application workflows.
- AI-Assisted Testing: Utilize AI-assisted development tools (like Cursor) to generate, run, and validate test scripts directly from JIRA ticket workflows.
- Local & Bridge Environment Testing: Run and troubleshoot tests locally on macOS/Windows machines using internal bridge software and authentication systems.
- Workflow Documentation: Break down high-level workflows into fine, granular instructions and test cases for seamless automation integration.
- Sprint QA Management: Manage pending QA tickets within active sprints,



ensuring all workflows are properly documented and tested before deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development and engineering teams to bypass local environment hurdles (e.g., macOS permissions) and ensure smooth software delivery.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in QA Automation and software testing.
- Operating Systems: Strong proficiency working in macOS / Windows environments.
- Core Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with JIRA for ticket tracking and GitHub for version control.
- Databases: Familiarity with database verification, specifically using MongoDB.
- Contemporary Tools: Experience or willingness to work with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor) to build and validate test suites.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate business logic and Jira tickets into systematic, repeatable automated testing blocks.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
