- Lead and mentor the QA team while driving quality across Salesforce CRM applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Plan and execute Manual, Functional, Regression, API, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex applications.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, log, track, and resolve defects using defect management tools.
- Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines and improve overall test coverage.
- Monitor QA metrics and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

- 8–12+ years of QA experience with leadership/management responsibilities.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.




- Strong knowledge of API Testing (Postman/REST Assured or similar).
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce CRM applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules).
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
