Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Site Lead to manage wind power projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall wind project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget, quality, and safety standards.

- Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, resources, and costs.

- Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, erection, grid connectivity, and commissioning activities.

- Manage EPC contractors, OEMs, vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams.

- Coordinate with internal departments, government authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, resolve execution challenges, and ensure compliance with quality, statutory, and HSE requirements.

- Oversee commissioning, project documentation,



and final handover to the O&M; team.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in wind power projects.

- Proven experience managing complete, end-to-end wind project execution and delivery.

- Experience coordinating multiple project functions, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of the wind project lifecycle, from planning to commissioning and handover.

- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Important: Candidates with experience limited to a single function, without overall project delivery ownership, will not be considered.
