10-12 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in program management to lead and oversee multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of program management principles and methodologies, ensuring that all projects align with the strategic goals of the company.Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle. Implement best practices in program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.





Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in program management with a solid understanding of program management methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Certification in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP) is a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10-15 years of experience in program management or related roles.
