Job Title: Senior Process Optimization Practice Lead / Director

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Go-To-Market (GTM)

Advance the GTM Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies to penetrate recent markets, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and industry partners to enhance our service offerings and co-create value.

Drive Business Development: Actively source and pursue new business opportunities, acting as a primary subject matter expert during the sales cycle.

Promote the Offering: Act as the primary champion for Process Optimization, driving awareness and education internally (among cross-functional sales and delivery teams) and externally (to prospects and the broader market).

Client Delivery & Expertise

Expert Facilitation: Design and lead high-impact workshops, aligning diverse stakeholder groups and driving consensus on transformation roadmaps.

Thought Leadership

Industry Voice: Author whitepapers, articles,



and blog posts to position the firm as a premier authority in process optimization and business transformation.

Public Speaking: Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and panels.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in management consulting, business transformation, or operational excellence roles.

Process Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and large-scale process reengineering methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Business Process Management (BPM): Experience with leading BPM methodologies and platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, Bizagi).

Process Mining: Familiarity or hands-on experience with Process Mining and Task Mining technologies (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio) to drive data-driven process discovery.

Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CBAP, or equivalent industry certifications.

Generative AI Experience: Experience leveraging GenAI/LLMs to drive process optimization, automation, or enterprise transformation strategies.
