Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing hospitality projects, including hotel openings, renovations, and operational improvement initiatives.

The Project

Manager will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, expediting materials and services, monitoring logistics and inspections, and resolving issues to keep projects on track. The role also involves preparing reports,



maintaining project documentation, and communicating project status to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project-related resources.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to optimize movement, storage, and allocation of materials and equipment across project sites.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, construction, or facilities projects is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with scheduling or PM software is an advantage.
