We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Technical Development

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical/development background who has hands-on experience in the IT/software development field and has transitioned into project management.

Position: Project Manager (Technical Development)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Education: BE/B.Tech / BCS / MCS or equivalent technical qualification

Notice Period: Maximum 20 Days

CTC: ₹6–7 LPA

Location: Pune

Work Mode: WFO/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and coordinate end-to-end IT/software development projects.

-Work closely with developers, technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.

-Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.

-Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

-Identify project risks and coordinate appropriate solutions.

-Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates.

-Understand technical requirements and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.





-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

-Ensure projects meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.

Requirements

-3–5 years of total IT experience, preferably with prior hands-on development experience.

-Candidates who have progressed from Developer/Software Engineer → Senior Developer/Tech Lead → Project Manager are preferred.

-Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

-Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

-Solid communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
