We empower businesses with cutting-edge technology andcustomer-centric solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.Job DetailsTitle – Project/Delivery ManagerExperience - 8+ yearsLocation- TrichyJob SummaryWe are looking for a Project/Delivery Manager who can manage end-to-end deliveryacross SaaS and SAP projects, with strong stakeholder management, Agile/Waterfallproject execution, effort and cost tracking, risk management, and SAP deliveryexperience across implementation, integration, UAT, cutover, and go-live. The idealcandidate should be able to bridge business, product, technical, and customer teamswhile ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timelines, effort, and budget.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders acrossSaaS product and SAP services projects. Coordinate with the Product Manager and Solution Architect to clarify customerrequirements, project scope, timelines, and delivery expectations. Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle and support effectivecommunication between business and technical teams.Project Management: Collaborate with the development team to define user stories, plan sprints, settimelines, and confirm feature commitments. Ensure product readiness by coordinating delivery activities and tracking progressagainst agreed milestones.



Identify project risks early and propose mitigation plans to support smooth customeronboarding.Effort and Cost Management: Monitor effort utilization, timesheets, and deliverable tracking for development andtesting teams. Lead developers and team leads to ensure timely execution and accountability. Track progress against planned effort and cost targets, escalating risks or deviationsas needed.SAP Delivery Management:· Manage SAP project phases using structured methodology including Prepare, Explore,Realize, Deploy, and Run/Hypercare stages. · Coordinate functional and technicalteams on requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and integration/UATtesting.· Manage cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live readiness for SAPengagements.· Own change request (CR) intake, impact assessment, and approval workflow tocontrol scope across both delivery models.Governance and Reporting: · Maintain project documentation including RAID logs,status reports, and steering committee decks.· Provide regular project health updates to leadership and customers, flagging risks,blockers, and dependencies proactively.· Ensure audit-readiness of project artifacts, particularly for SAP engagements withcompliance requirements.Preferred Skills:Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to influence without direct authority.Solid analytical and risk-assessment capability.

Comfortable operating in both Agileand Waterfall/hybrid delivery contexts.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
