Job Title: Project Manager

Project Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

Project Type: High-Rise Building Construction

Project Value: 500 Crore+

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; postgraduate qualifications in construction or project management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 15–20 years of total experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale building projects.
- Mandatory experience in handling at least one major project valued at 300 Crore or above.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, quality, safety, and timely delivery.




- Robust leadership, team management, client coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project will be preferred.

Key Selection Criteria Candidates must have demonstrable experience in both:
1. Execution and management of a 300 Crore+ construction project.
2. Successful delivery or substantial execution responsibility in high-rise building construction.

Project Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates meeting both mandatory experience criteria will be preferred for consideration.
