Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end civil construction activities for high-rise luxury residential apartment projects.

- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project milestones.

- Supervise structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Ensure construction quality complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

- Monitor project progress, productivity, and execution against approved timelines.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.

- Control construction costs, minimize wastage, and ensure productive resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and site quality procedures.

- Review drawings, resolve site execution issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare progress reports, manage contractor performance, and ensure timely project handover.
