Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of electrical projects from planning and resource allocation through site execution, testing, commissioning and final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project timelines, cost control, quality, team coordination and customer satisfaction.

Important: This is a field-oriented role involving regular site visits and travel to client locations. It is not a purely office-based position. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and monitor electrical projects to ensure timely delivery, quality and budget compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise execution, resolve technical issues and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate project engineers, technicians, contractors, vendors, procurement and material planning.
- Manage electrical installation, testing, commissioning and handover of projects.




- Coordinate control panel projects, including PCC, MCC and APFC panels, along with energy audits, power quality solutions and electrical maintenance assignments.
- Monitor BOQs, project costs, billing, documentation and project profitability.
- Maintain client relationships, provide progress updates and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and project specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution, preferably in industrial or commercial projects.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, BOQs, estimation, installation and commissioning.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, contractors, project schedules and customer requirements.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; project planning software is an advantage.
- Experience in control panels, energy audits, power quality or electrical maintenance will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and client locations.

Ideal Candidate A practical, accountable Electrical Engineer who can independently drive project execution, lead site teams, resolve on-ground challenges and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Candidates seeking only office-based coordination roles are not suitable for this position.
