Job Title: Project Manager – Civil

Company: Sanjeevani Infra Co.

Project Focus: Government Buildings, Group Housing and Multi-Building Campus Projects

Location: Chalisgaon

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

Sanjeevani Infra is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with proven government building experience, strong team leadership and a disciplined approach to project management.

The candidate must have worked in a structured, system-driven construction organisation and must be capable of managing multiple buildings within a single campus through documented planning, daily reporting, quality controls and explicit accountability.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all the following requirements:

- Civil Engineering Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Government Building Project Experience: Must have personally managed, as Project Manager, at least one government building construction project with a total built-up area of 100,000 sq. ft. or more. Applicants must specify the project name, government client/department, area, construction period and their responsibilities. The area requirement applies to one project.
- Multi-Building Campus Experience: Must have managed the simultaneous execution of multiple buildings or blocks within the same campus, including coordination of shared resources, contractors and engineering teams.
- System-Driven Organisation Experience: Must have worked with formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), defined reporting lines, approval processes, construction schedules, quality inspection records and documented review meetings.
- Daily Reporting Capability: Must have personally obtained, reviewed, verified and consolidated Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) from site engineers and supervisors, compared actual progress against targets and followed up on corrective actions.
- Technical and Commercial Control: Proven responsibility for construction scheduling, structural and finishing works,

quality inspections, contractor coordination, measurements, billing and cost monitoring.
- Team and Agency Management: Demonstrated experience managing site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, specialist agencies, suppliers and labour teams.
- Engineering Team Mobilisation: Must be capable of identifying and mobilising suitable site engineers and execution staff. Candidates must present a practical plan covering proposed roles, availability and mobilisation timelines. All appointments will require company approval.
- Professional Leadership: Proven ability to resolve team disagreements through verified facts, documented discussions and clear responsibilities. Decisions must remain impartial and focused on project requirements, without being influenced by rumours or favouritism.

Applicants must clearly state their total building construction experience and years of Project Manager-level responsibility. Experience limited to non-building infrastructure does not meet this role’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for execution across all buildings and work fronts within the campus.
- Prepare and maintain approved construction schedules, resource plans, building-wise targets and short-term execution plans.
- Assign clear responsibilities and daily targets to each engineer and supervisor.
- Establish and enforce daily reporting discipline covering planned versus actual work, completed quantities, manpower, materials, quality and safety issues, delays and next-day targets.
- Verify reported progress against actual site conditions,

investigate discrepancies and assign corrective actions with responsible persons and deadlines.
- Submit consolidated daily updates and weekly progress reviews to management, highlighting risks and decisions required.
- Coordinate contractors and specialist agencies across structural works, masonry, waterproofing, finishing and building services.
- Maintain drawing registers, inspection checklists, quality records, measurement records, billing documentation and meeting action logs.
- Review contractor performance, material consumption, project costs and billing status; address delays and deviations promptly.
- Coordinate government-client inspections, approvals, progress reviews and completion documentation.
- Build and mobilise the engineering team within approved staffing plans and budgets.
- Resolve team conflicts professionally, address legitimate grievances and apply company conduct and safety standards consistently.
- Manage completion, defect rectification and project handover.
