Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in civil construction and project management. The candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects from planning through completion and handover.
- Take overall responsibility for project execution, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and resources.
- Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
- Lead and coordinate Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Officers, and other project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and management.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, estimates, and project requirements.
- Monitor project cost, quantities, billing, material procurement, manpower, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Review and resolve technical, commercial, and execution-related issues at site.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Identify project risks, delays, and potential issues and implement effective corrective measures.




- Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure timely and quality execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor project expenditure and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil and MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other services.
- Review and approve project reports, measurements, billing documentation, and progress statements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to management.
- Manage client and consultant relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.
- Mentor and guide project teams to improve productivity, quality, and overall project performance.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, or infrastructure projects.




- Strong experience in handling multiple teams, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, estimation, billing, contracts, quality, and safety.

- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
