Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – C&I; EPC to manage end-to-end execution of commercial and industrial solar projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete C&I; Solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning and handover.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements and milestones.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
- Manage site activities including civil, structural, electrical, module installation, cabling and HT/LT works.
- Monitor project progress against timeline, budget and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, vendors and contractors.
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, material and equipment at project sites.
- Review BOQ, drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards and statutory requirements.




- Identify project risks, resolve execution issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide MIS/progress reports to management.
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, synchronization and project handover.

Key Requirements

- 7–12 years of experience in Solar EPC / C&I; Solar Projects.
- Strong experience in managing rooftop and industrial solar EPC projects.
- Good knowledge of DC/AC systems, HT/LT, transformers, protection systems and grid connectivity.
- Experience in project planning, costing, BOQ, contractor and vendor management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent client coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred: Experience handling multi-MW C&I; solar projects from execution through commissioning. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
