We are looking for an experienced

Project Lead / Project Manager to manage end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.

- Prepare project schedules and monitor timely completion.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources.

- Monitor site progress against approved drawings and specifications.

- Control project costs and minimize material wastage.

- Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates.

- Coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability and delivery.

- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.





- Ensure quality standards and EHS guidelines are maintained.

- Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, measurements, and project costs.

- Coordinate design changes and resolve site execution issues.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

- Ensure smooth project handover, closure, and final documentation.

Project Exposure

Experience handling commercial projects such as corporate offices, office spaces, retail outlets, co-working spaces, hospitality, or institutional projects

, preferably ranging from

₹2 Crore to ₹25+ Crore

.
