Job Summary:

Zelite is hiring a Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience exposure to drive requirement discovery, documentation, client communication, and project coordination across technology and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities and track scope, timelines, actions, and deliverables.
- Support estimation, sprint planning, UAT, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare client presentations, status updates, and project documentation.
- Conduct client discussions, requirement gathering, workshops, and requirement analysis.
- Translate business requirements into BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with clients, developers, QA, and PMs throughout the SDLC.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and requirement changes.
- Understand and document AI/Copilot, Power Platform, CRM, and automation use cases.

Required Technical Skills

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong Business Analysis and requirement engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Power Platform, CRM,



and AI/Copilot concepts.
- Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 4-5 years of Project Management / project coordination experience.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience working on software/IT consulting projects is preferred.
- Worked and handled projects like AI projects, copilot studio azure foundry, fabric

Soft Skills and Other Requirements

- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical and AI concepts into simple business language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client consulting environment.
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple concurrent engagements.
- Robust ownership, coordination, and follow-through.
