Role Description This full-time Project Manager role is based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring progress across multiple industry verticals. Daily responsibilities include managing expediting activities, coordinating inspections, and supervising logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The role involves regular communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients to track milestones, address risks, and maintain project documentation and reporting.

The Project

Manager is expected to drive process improvements,



uphold safety and compliance standards, and support continuous enhancement of project delivery quality.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience as an Expeditor or in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality control procedures, and coordination with third-party inspection agencies.
- Practical expertise in Logistics Management, including shipment planning, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and transporters.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Solid analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, as well as MS Office applications.
- Experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Marine, Infrastructure, Process Industries, or Renewable Energy is preferred.
