Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Management Specialist role based in Noida.

The Project Management

Specialist will oversee end-to-end project execution for parking infrastructure systems, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources across engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams.

Responsibilities include tracking project milestones, monitoring budgets and timelines, managing risks and issues, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role involves preparing project documentation and reports,



maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to resolve operational challenges. The specialist will also contribute to process improvements, support implementation of automation and sustainability initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills for overseeing multiple, complex installations and initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Project Planning and Analytical Skills to develop realistic schedules, manage risks, and interpret project data for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or industrial projects, preferably in mobility or parking systems.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, and familiarity with quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage field activities, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
