Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end transition of approved services, processes and roles to GCC India, with primary focus on the European business. Convert agreed scope and workforce plans into executable transition plans; coordinate business, GCC and enabling teams; maintain governance, risks and reporting; and deliver controlled go-live, stabilization and formal sign-off with minimal business disruption.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project, transition, shared services, GCC or transformation roles.
- Demonstrated capability in planning, governance, RAID management, stakeholder coordination and executive reporting.
- Working knowledge of knowledge transfer, process documentation, KPI/SLA, controls and stabilization.
- Robust analytical, communication and influencing skills in a global, multicultural environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent qualification is desirable.
