Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site supervision, labor control, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed reports on project status, costs, schedules, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in civil project management or related field (building construction).
- Solid understanding of real estate construction processes and regulations.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business results.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
