Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and develop corrective actions.
- Analyze data from predictive maintenance tools to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.

Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, or related field (e.g., electrical engineering).
- Robust understanding of electrical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, etc.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
