About Us

Suvarna Innovations is setting up India’s indigenous leadframe manufacturing facility. Our group company, Suchi Semicon, is an ISM-approved OSAT in partnership with ROHM Co., Ltd., Japan. We’re hiring our first full-time team member to work directly with the founders.

The Role

You’ll be the day-to-day execution owner for the project, taking it from planning through equipment selection, plant setup, commissioning and operations. This is a hands-on role, not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project workstreams, timelines, trackers and weekly updates for the founders
- Learn the leadframe process (stamping, tooling, etching, plating, inspection) and evaluate machinery and suppliers
- Prepare RFQs and comparative statements, and support negotiations and total-cost-of-ownership analysis
- Support plant layout, FATs/SATs, installation and commissioning
- Be the main point of contact for vendors, consultants and contractors
- Prepare founders for factory visits, meetings and exhibitions, and keep documentation organised
- Research technologies and suppliers, and recommend improvements

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production,



Industrial or Mechatronics
- 1–3 years’ experience preferred (strong freshers with relevant projects/internships can apply)
- Ability to read engineering drawings; basic AutoCAD (SolidWorks is a plus)
- Good command of Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
- Fluent English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage

Attributes Strong ownership, curiosity, follow-up discipline, analytical thinking, comfort on the shop floor, and willingness to travel (domestic and occasional international).

Good to Have

Exposure to stamping, tooling, electroplating, semiconductor/automotive manufacturing, equipment commissioning, quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FMEA, SPC) or startup/greenfield projects.
