: Project EngineerJob Summary The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all activities are delivered as per approved scope, quality standards, timelines, and budget. The role involves coordinating with customers, vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, productive resource utilization, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities as per approved drawings, BOQ, project specifications, and customer requirements.

- Monitor day-to-day project progress and ensure timely completion within the defined schedule.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, site supervisors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and other resources effectively.

- Monitor material receipts, consumption, availability, shortages, and damage reports.

- Arrange gate passes, work permits, and other necessary approvals as per client site requirements.

- Track project costs, control site-level expenses, and maintain accurate billing and expense records.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for civil work, equipment hiring, installation, and local procurement.

- Supervise installation and execution activities to ensure quality and resolve technical or site-related issues.

- Prepare and share daily progress reports (DPRs) and project updates with customers and internal stakeholders through email and WhatsApp.

- Identify project risks, delays, and execution challenges, and take proactive steps to resolve them.





- Handle customer queries, technical concerns, and project-related escalations professionally.

- Coordinate project logistics, including travel, accommodation, and transportation for site teams.

- Support the recruitment, deployment, and development of skilled project and site manpower as required.

- Guide and train site teams on project execution procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.

- Maintain project documentation, including work orders, execution reports, completion reports, expense records, and other site-related documents.

- Ensure proper project handover and completion as per customer expectations and approved specifications.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant technical field.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project coordination, site execution, or project implementation.

- Experience in interior projects, signage, branding, visual merchandising, or installation projects will be preferred.
