Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys and prepare site execution plans.

- Coordinate different installation teams at site.

- Supervise module mounting, inverter installation, cabling, earthing, and testing works.

- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, safety standards, and quality requirements.

- Track daily progress, manpower, material usage, and site issues.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, DISCOM officials, and internal teams.

- Prepare DPRs, measurement sheets, checklists, and commissioning documents.

- Ensure timely project completion within approved cost and quality standards.

- Support testing, commissioning, net metering, and handover activities.

- Provide operational or maintenance support wherever required

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of solar PV systems and EPC site execution.

- Ability to read drawings, SLDs, layouts, and BOQs.

- Robust site supervision and contractor coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of electrical safety, earthing, cable sizing, and protection systems.

- Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
