Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

- Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements.

- Check quality of civil works including RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, etc.

- Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams for site-related technical issues.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, checklists, and site records.

- Identify site issues, delays, and quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with MEP and other departments to ensure smooth execution of works.

- Ensure compliance with safety practices and project procedures at the site.

- Support project planning, scheduling, quantity estimation, and material requirements.

- Monitor work against the approved project schedule and milestones.

- Assist in inspection, snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
