We are looking for a Project and Purchase Coordinator who can manage multiple machine projects simultaneously and ensure smooth coordination between Design, Purchase, Production, Electrical, and Management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, follow-up, supplier management, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

- Plan and monitor multiple SPM projects.
- Prepare and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct daily follow-up with Design, Purchase, Production, and Electrical teams.
- Track project progress and identify delays.
- Organize weekly project review meetings.
- Ensure on-time machine delivery.

Purchase Management
- Prepare RFQs and Purchase Orders.
- Follow up with suppliers.
- Monitor long lead materials.
- Coordinate material availability with project schedules.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Control procurement timelines.





Documentation
- Maintain project tracker.
- Update material status.
- Prepare weekly project reports.
- Maintain vendor database.
- Support project documentation.
