We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer with basic knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and control systems. The candidate will work on Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley platforms and assist in automation project development, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in PLC programming and troubleshooting using Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Work with Studio 5000 Logix Designer and RSLogix 500 for PLC programming and configuration.
- Assist in developing HMI applications using FactoryTalk View ME/SE and FactoryTalk Optix.
- Support PlantPAx process automation system configuration and development.
- Assist in SCADA development, graphics creation, alarm configuration, and tag management.
- Work on PLC hardware configuration, I/O mapping, and communication setup.
- Assist in industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, control schematics, and I/O lists.
- Support control panel testing, PLC logic testing, and system integration.
- Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and automation system issues under senior engineers' guidance.




- Prepare technical documentation, backups, and project reports.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley PLC platforms.
- Knowledge of Studio 5000, RSLogix 500, FactoryTalk View, PlantPAx, or FactoryTalk Optix is preferred.
- Understanding of HMI/SCADA systems, industrial networking, and control systems.
- Basic knowledge of sensors, actuators, VFDs, motors, and electrical control circuits.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning and project execution as required.

Preferred Technical Knowledge:
- Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLCs.
- PlantPAx Distributed Control System (DCS) architecture.
- FactoryTalk Optix for modern HMI and visualization applications.
- FactoryTalk View ME/SE for HMI/SCADA development.
- EtherNet/IP communication and PLC-HMI integration.

Eligibility:
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Candidates with academic projects, internships, or hands-on exposure to Rockwell Automation will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
