Idealign LLP is a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and design management firm based in Calicut, Kerala. We work across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and other development projects, providing end-to-end project management and coordination services.

Our team works closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered with proper planning, quality, coordination, cost control, and timely execution.

As Idealign continues to expand its project portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Project Engineer who can take ownership of project execution and effectively coordinate between all project stakeholders.

We are looking for a Project Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with previous experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience handling commercial and residential projects and should be comfortable coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project execution and site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Review drawings and identify coordination issues or discrepancies before and during execution.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and report delays or potential issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Track material requirements, site requirements, and work progress.
- Prepare and maintain project progress reports, site reports, checklists, and relevant documentation.




- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
- Participate in project meetings and ensure action points are followed up.
- Coordinate with the Cost/QS and Design teams wherever required.
- Maintain proper communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project activities are aligned with client requirements and PMC standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
- Previous experience working with a PMC/Project Management Consultancy is highly preferred.
- Experience working on commercial and residential projects.
- Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify problems and take ownership of resolving them.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Candidates who are organized, proactive, and willing to take responsibility for project deliverables will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
