Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Perambalur.

The Project

Engineer will plan, coordinate, and execute project activities from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, supporting design and engineering reviews, coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors, and monitoring progress through site visits and documentation. The role involves overseeing installation,



testing, and commissioning of relevant systems and equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance with applicable standards.

The Project

Engineer will also assist in risk assessment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects; exposure to fiberglass or composite materials is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, quality control practices, and basic project management tools or software.
- Ability to work on-site in Perambalur, manage multiple priorities, and take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to technical and project challenges.
