Key Responsibilities

· Design, write and modify PLC using platforms such as Siemens and Allen Bradley

· Create and Maintain Documents for PLC programs and HMI Screens and functionality[FDS-Functional Design Sequence]

· Conduct on-site installation, commissioning and testing of automation control systems

· Provide customer support Online and Offline

· Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company standards.

· Should be aware of machine GAD , Electrical and Pneumatic Circuits and Develop the program accordingly to match the functionality of the equipment.

· Setting parameters for VFD, PID and communicate PLC with VFDs over analog and digital communication

Required Skills

· Proficiency in PLC Programming Languages

· Experience with major PLC brands like Allen Bradley and Siemens.





· Robust troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings.

· Should be familiar with electrical and pneumatic equipment.

· Willingness to travel for commissioning and support work [Domestic and International]

· Customer handling and good communication skill

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Pune

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech. - Electrical Electronics /Instrumentation/ Electronic Communication
