Requirements of analysis, Study the product design, Preparing cost estimates To complete the project as per customers scheduled To complete the project works.
To follow up the party for project material .
To correspondence the party for project works To make the effort fulfill the project right time.
To guide for project team .
To coordinate the project team.
Starting from concept stage of the project till handling over of a plant to the client.
Handling function pertaining to the day to day project activity co-ordination with vendor.
Understand & discuss the project & equipments requirement.
Try to maintain to successfully completion of project within time & budget time
