Role Description The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring technical and operational projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day activities include coordinating project requirements, developing detailed project plans, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring timely delivery in line with quality and safety standards.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to resolve technical issues, manage resources, and support continuous process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan,



requiring regular presence at the office and project locations for effective supervision and coordination.

Qualifications

- Robust Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for overseeing technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning for scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Experience with project management tools and basic productivity software (e.g., MS Office, project scheduling tools).
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and on-site supervision is an advantage.
