Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Costing Specialist to prepare project cost estimates, analyze material and labour costs, evaluate vendor quotations, and ensure accurate budgeting for interior, signage, branding, and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, cost optimization capabilities, and experience in project costing, estimation, and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates based on drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Calculate material, labour, fabrication, installation, transportation, and other project-related costs.
- Analyze project drawings and BOQs to determine material quantities and cost requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with the design, project execution, production, and procurement teams to collect costing inputs.
- Prepare cost sheets, estimation reports, budgets, and commercial proposals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project specifications.
- Compare estimated costs with actual project expenses and analyze cost variances.
- Assist the sales and business development teams in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
- Maintain updated records of material rates, labour costs, vendor pricing, and project costing data.
- Support budget planning,



profitability analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure accuracy in costing calculations and timely submission of estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project costing, estimation, or cost analysis.
- Experience in interiors, signage, branding, fabrication, construction, or turnkey projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, material specifications, and project drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and costing tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in costing for interior fit-outs, signage, branding, and fabrication projects.
- Knowledge of materials, production processes, installation methods, and vendor pricing.
- Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- A detail-oriented professional with strong commercial awareness and a focus on project profitability.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
